ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR

Professional requirements:
- Qualified management assistant employee specializing in office communications, industrial management or similar qualification.
- fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- good computer skills (MS-Office)
- able to handle assignments/designated responsibilities independly
- able to deal with routine correspondence
- able to handle recurrent challenging clerical procedures
- able to independently organize secretarial tasks
- organizing and making preparations for business travel
- preparing presentations from templates

Personal requirements:
- commercial education (e.g. KV) or equivalent education
- previous work experience in similar field
- good communication skills, flexibility/adaptability
- able to take initiative, reliable, trustworthy, good communicator and team-oriented.
